This exciting service operates in Rotorua's Whakarewarewa Forest on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and daily for 2 weeks over the Christmas - New Year holiday period. The shuttle operates 2 sessions each day, the first leaves at 9.30am returning at 12.30pm, the second leaves at 1pm and returns at 4pm. The shuttle does 6 or 7 runs to the top of the hill in each session.

One shuttle: $10

6 run anytime pass $30

Full Day pass: $50

Six month season passes $270, valid from data of purchase.

Each shuttle session initially picks riders and bikes up from the Waipa Carpark and takes them to the top of Tawa Rd. During the session the pick-up point is the corner of Pipeline & Hill Rd. (Maps are available) The drop off point on Tawa Road gives easy access to the Taniwha National Downhill track 5 mins (grade 5 steep with jumps and chutes), Billy T into Rollercoaster 20-30 minutes (grade 3 an awesome rolling cross country trail) and Hot X Bun 15-20mins (grade 4 steeper cross country trail with jumps). The Rotorua Mountain Bike Club are currently in the process of constructing 3 more tracks that will also be accessible from the shuttle drop off point.
